Privacy Policy
Summary
SETPACK does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no tracking. Everything you create in SETPACK stays on your device unless you choose to share it. We have no servers that receive your project data, and we do not use analytics or third-party advertising SDKs.
What data we handle
None on our side. SETPACK is an on-device tool. The lighting and production plans you build, including any labels, notes, and settings, are stored locally on your iPad. We never see them.
This policy is consistent with the app's Privacy Manifest ("Data Not Collected") and with the App Store "App Privacy" nutrition label.
Where your data lives
- On-device storage. Your projects (
.setpackfiles) are saved locally on your iPad by the app. - Your iCloud device backup. If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your iPad, your SETPACK data may be included in your own Apple iCloud backup, the same way as any other app's data. This backup is controlled entirely by Apple and by you through your Apple ID settings — SETPACK has no access to it and cannot read it.
- Sharing you initiate. You can export or share your
.setpackfiles using the iOS Files app and the standard iOS share sheet. Any such sharing is started by you and goes wherever you send it (AirDrop, another app, a cloud folder, email, etc.). SETPACK does not send your files anywhere on its own.
Subscriptions and payments
SETPACK PRO is an auto-renewable subscription (dev.setpack.pro.monthly) sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple is the merchant of record. All payment, billing, and card details are handled by Apple — SETPACK never receives or stores your payment information. Subscription status is validated on-device; if you are temporarily offline, an offline grace period keeps PRO features available.

Network use
SETPACK does not require a network connection to work and does not transmit your project data over the network. The only network interaction is Apple's standard App Store / StoreKit subscription verification, which is handled by the operating system.
Your rights
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export, or delete. Data stored on your device is fully under your control: you can delete any project inside the app, and removing the app deletes its local data. Children
SETPACK is rated 4+ and is a professional planning tool. It does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
