Terms of Use
1. Agreement
SETPACK is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control. Your use of SETPACK is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at:

The terms below supplement that Standard EULA. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA governs for matters it covers.
2. What SETPACK is
SETPACK is an on-device 2D lighting and production planning tool for iPad. It is a planning aid. You are responsible for verifying that any plan is safe and appropriate for real-world use on set. SETPACK does not replace professional judgment, electrical safety practice, or on-set rigging standards.
3. Subscriptions
SETPACK PRO is an auto-renewable subscription (dev.setpack.pro.monthly, USD 9.99/month or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple is the merchant of record; billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- The free tier lets you create one Set and open imported projects in view-only mode.
4. Beta software
If you are using SETPACK through TestFlight, you are using pre-release software provided for testing. Beta builds may be incomplete, may change, and may contain errors. Beta access is free; SETPACK becomes a paid pro tool at public launch. Any in-app purchases shown during the beta run in Apple's sandbox and do not charge real money.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the plans and files you create in SETPACK. We claim no ownership over them and have no access to them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the Standard EULA and applicable law.
7. No warranty
SETPACK is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SETPACK developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is posted at this URL with an effective date.
